With over 20 years in the IT industry, my journey began as a tech-loving kid, which ignited my passion for IT. I started working in small computer repair shops and gradually moved on to supporting worldwide clients. Now, I’m excited to return to a more personal level of IT service, helping others either enjoy technology as much as I do or take away the stress of tech troubles.
I love building new computers and solving tech problems. I earned my first qualification back in the Windows XP era, followed by various Microsoft certifications, A+, and CCNA, which kick-started my IT career.
